At Azalea Wang, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new footwear or apparel doesn't meet your expectations, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of the delivery date.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  Once approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely package your items in their original boxes.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location, ensuring the return label is clearly visible on the outside of the box.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After our warehouse team inspects the returned items for quality, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
